Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund if:

  • It’s within 30 days of purchase

  • You’ve tried our support and still find the service unsuitable for your needs

How to Request a Refund

Send an email to hi@jadu.studio with:

  • Your full name

  • Order or invoice ID

  • Reason for your refund request

Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • It may take up to 20 days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank

Exclusions

  • Refunds do not apply to custom development or consultation services

  • No refunds are offered beyond 30 days from the date of purchase
